Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope
This policy applies to purchases of AcousticZen, a digital product sold by RAR Digital for a one-time listed price of US$67.00 unless stated otherwise at checkout.
2. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, you may withdraw from your purchase within 7 (seven) days of the purchase date and receive a full refund, without needing to give a reason. Additional rights provided by the laws of your country are respected.
3. How to Request
Email support@rardigital.site with the email address used at checkout and your order number. We will confirm receipt and process your request.
4. Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through the checkout provider. The time for the amount to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
5. Access After Refund
Once a refund is issued, your license to use AcousticZen ends and access may be revoked.
6. Cancellation
AcousticZen is not presented as a subscription. If any recurring charge is shown at checkout, you may cancel future charges at any time by contacting support.
