End User License Agreement

1. Parties

This agreement is between you (the "User") and:

RAR Digital, operated by Rogeria Aparecida Rodrigues, CPF 865.514.006-63, Rua Palmeiras 850, Horto, Ipatinga - MG, 35160-311, Brazil. Contact: support@rardigital.site.

2. License Grant

Upon full payment, RAR Digital grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to access and use AcousticZen for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. Restrictions

• Do not copy, resell, sublicense, rent, share or distribute the product or access to it.
• Do not modify, reverse engineer or create derivative works from the product.
• Do not use the product's content in public, broadcast or commercial settings.
• Do not remove copyright or proprietary notices.

4. Ownership

AcousticZen is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted remain with RAR Digital.

5. Disclaimer

AcousticZen is a digital audio tool designed for personal productivity. It is not intended to treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition. We do not provide clinical therapy or medical advice.

The product is provided "as is", without warranties of any specific result.

6. Termination

This license ends automatically if you breach this agreement or receive a refund. Upon termination you must stop using the product.

7. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country.
